Pictured left is my custom carded Kenner "Vinyl Caped Jawa" figure. Very few of these in decent shape survive today. As a result, prices of authentic pieces have gotten out of hand and way out of reach of most collectors.

How it was made...

The figure is actual Vintage Jawa figure with reproduction cape.  The blister (bubble) the figure is encased in came from tjstoys.com. I pieced the card art work together in digital TIFF format using scans of several cards. It was then printed (both sides) using a Thermal Dye offset-print printer. The front was given a gloss coating while the back was left matt, like the actual production pieces.
