Pictured left is my custom carded Kenner "Boba Fett" figure.

How it was made...

The figure is actual Vintage "Boba Fett" figure.  The blister (bubble) the figure is encased in came from tjstoys.com. It was printed (both sides) using a Thermal Dye offset-print printer. The front was given a gloss coating while the back was left matt, like the actual production pieces.
